Senior HR Executive
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the full employee lifecycle including recruitment, onboarding, offboarding, and employee records management
- In-charge of monthly payroll, claims, reimbursements, CPF submissions, income tax filings (IR8A/IR21), and tax clearance for foreign employees
- Ensure compliance with Singapore employment laws, MOM regulations, payroll requirements, and company HR policies
- Prepare and analyze HR reports and metrics (headcount, recruitment, overtime, expenses, employee trends) to support management decision-making
- In-charge of work pass applications, renewals, cancellations, and related regulatory compliance
- Serve as the primary HR contact for employees, providing guidance on HR policies, procedures, and employee matters
- Support performance management and HR initiatives aligned with business objectives
- Manage employee engagement activities, training administration, and external training providers
- Manage employee insurance programs, including policy renewals, claims administration, and employee benefits communication
- Maintain accurate HR documentation and support internal/external audits, government surveys, and compliance requirements
- Oversee workplace security and safety administration, including CCTV monitoring, Fire Safety Committee coordination, and safety documentation management
- Ad-hoc duties and projects as assigned
Requirements
- Diploma or higher qualification in Human Resource Management or related discipline
- Minimum 5 years of relevant HR experience, preferably with hands-on payroll administration
- Strong knowledge of Singapore employment legislation, HR operations, payroll, CPF, IRAS requirements, and work pass regulations
- Experience in HR reporting, analytics, and process improvement initiatives
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and HR systems
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and interpersonal skills
- Well-organized, team player and able to manage multiple priorities independently
