Senior HR Executive (Payroll, Comp and Ben)

Duties:

  • Conduct salary benchmarking and market research using compensation surveys, recruitment data, industry reports, and other reliable sources.
  • Support compensation reviews, including salary adjustments, annual increments, promotions, and internal movements.
  • Prepare salary comparisons and compensation analyses for new hires and existing employees to support fair and competitive pay decisions.
  • Assist in reviewing salary ranges, job grades, and compensation structures to ensure internal equity and market competitiveness.
  • Coordinate the annual performance management cycle, including goal setting, mid-year reviews, year-end appraisals, and calibration exercises.
  • Guide managers and employees on performance management processes, timelines, rating guidelines, and documentation requirements.
  • Monitor performance review completion and follow up with stakeholders to ensure timely submissions.
  • Support probation reviews, confirmation assessments, performance improvement plans, and other performance-related processes.
  • Analyse compensation and performance data to identify trends and areas requiring HR attention.
  • Support the alignment of performance outcomes with compensation, promotion, and employee development decisions.
  • Support payroll administration, including reviewing payroll inputs, checking attendance and leave records, processing payroll-related documentation, and coordinating with payroll vendors or service providers.
  • Assist with payroll-related queries and ensure timely and accurate submission of payroll information.
  • Provide support for recruitment activities, including candidate coordination and other recruitment-related matters, on an ad-hoc basis.
  • Assist with the review and implementation of HR policies and procedures as required.
  • Support other HR projects and ad-hoc initiatives as assigned.
  • Maintain confidentiality and accuracy when handling employee, payroll, compensation, and performance-related information.


Requirements:

  • Possess a Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Management, Administration, or a relevant field.
  • Have at least 5 years of relevant HR experience, preferably with broad exposure to HR operations or generalist functions.
  • Demonstrated experience in compensation-related activities, including salary benchmarking, market analysis, salary reviews, and annual increment exercises.
  • Familiarity with supporting and coordinating performance appraisal and performance management processes.
