Senior HR Generalist
Duties and Responsibilities
Compensation and benefits
Administer compensation and benefit programs (including Company Pension and Medical insurance plans)
Ensure accuracy in payroll processing and administration
Assist in Annual Salary Review exercise
Assist in Salary surveys
Ensure compliance with local governing regulations
HR as a service
Assist in talent acquisition and recruitment processes
Lead employee onboarding exercise and help organize training & development initiatives Provide support to employees in various HR-related topics such as leaves and compensation
Assist in development and implementation of human resource policies
Assist in engagement and talent retention initiatives
HR Administration
Prepare new employment contract based on information provided by Recruitment Specialist
Maintain employee files and records in electronic and paper form
Ensure all changes within the employee life cycle are recorded and tracked accurately.
Assist in implementation of HR projects
HR Reporting
Gather and analyse data with useful HR metrics, like time to hire and employee turnover rates
Ensure all HR reports are updated on a timely basis
Ensure all payroll reports are validated prior sending to Finance Team
Skills and competencies
College/University Education: First degree in Human Resources Management or equivalent

At least 7 years’ experience in HR Generalist role.
