POSITION SUMMARY
The Senior Human Resources Manager is responsible for leading and executing the company’s human resources strategy and programs in alignment with business objectives. This role develops, oversees and maintains, talent acquisition, employee relations, performance management, compensation and benefits administration, compliance, training and development and workforce planning. The Sr. HR Manager serves as a strategic business partner to leadership while fostering a positive, productive and compliant work environment.
What you would do at Catalytic:
- Partner with executive leadership to develop and implement HR strategies that support organizational goals
- Serve as a trusted advisor to managers and employees regarding HR policies, procedures and workplace concerns
- Conduct investigations
- Promote a positive workplace culture that encourages accountability and employee engagement
- Collaborate with department managers to identify staffing needs and develop recruitment strategies
- Administer compensation programs and assist with salary planning, market analysis and pay equity
- Ensure compliance with federal, state and local employment laws and regulations
- Oversee HRIS systems and resolve issues
- Additional duties as defined in the job description
What Catalytic is looking for from you:
- High School Diploma or General Education Degree (GED) is required
- Bachelor's or Associates degree in business administration, Human Resources or a related field is preferred, equivalent experience may be considered
- 5+ years of progressive human resources experience is preferred
- 3+ years of HR leadership or management experience is preferred
- Experience supporting manufacturing operations is preferred
