Senior HR Manager
Our client is a prestigious global luxury fashion brand seeking a commercially astute Senior HR Manager to lead the HR agenda across Southeast Asia and Oceania.
The Role
- Partner with senior business leaders across Singapore, Malaysia, Thailand, Australia and New Zealand to deliver strategic HR initiatives.
- Lead workforce planning, organizational design, talent management and succession planning.
- Oversee talent acquisition, performance management, employee engagement and retention.
- Provide senior-level guidance on employee relations, HR policies and employment matters.
- Drive compensation, benefits and HR budgeting initiatives.
- Support regional HR projects, transformation and change management.
- Lead, coach and develop the local HR team.
About You
- 10–12+ years of progressive HR experience, ideally within luxury, fashion, retail or a regional organisation.
- Strong HR business partnering experience with senior stakeholders.
- Solid knowledge of employment practices across Singapore, Malaysia and Thailand; Australia exposure is advantageous.
- Strong experience in talent management, employee relations and organisational development.
- Commercially minded with excellent influencing and stakeholder management skills.
- Strong leadership, communication and coaching capabilities.
- Degree in HR, Business or a related discipline.
- Experience with Workday or other HRIS platforms is an advantage.
