SENIOR HR MANAGER

Job Summary

Lead the development and execution of HR strategies aligned with business goals. Manage recruitment, payroll, performance management, employee relations, and compliance with Singapore employment laws. Coach HR team and drive organizational development and engagement.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement HR strategies, policies, and procedures aligned with business objectives to drive organizational success
• Oversee end-to-end recruitment and retention processes for all staff levels to attract and retain talent
• Manage payroll, benefits administration, and HRIS systems ensuring accuracy and compliance with regulations
• Lead performance management processes including employee appraisals and career development initiatives to enhance workforce capabilities
• Provide guidance and resolve employee relations issues to maintain a positive and productive work environment
• Ensure compliance with Singapore employment laws and regulations to mitigate legal risks
• Analyze HR metrics and generate reports to support informed decision-making
• Coach and mentor HR team members to foster continuous improvement and professional growth
• Support organizational development, change management, and employee engagement programs to enhance workplace culture

Required competencies and certifications

• Strong knowledge of Singapore employment laws, HR best practices, and payroll administration
• Proven experience in recruitment, performance management, employee relations, and HR strategy
• Ability to handle confidential information with discretion

Preferred competencies and qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
• Minimum 4 years of HR experience, with at least 3 years in a managerial role
• Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills
• Proactive, results-driven, and able to manage multiple priorities effectively
