THE OPPORTUNITY:
CONTEXT:
Within the HR organization, the HR Ops department ensures the reliability of HR processes within the company. It plays a central role in quality of life at work, social compliance, and the digital transformation of HR processes, with a particular focus on integrating artificial intelligence into HR practices.
ROLE:
Within the People Operations team and reporting to the People Operations Manager, the Sr People Ops Specialist is a key player in HR administrative management for the EMEA region. As a true operational point of contact, they support employees throughout their lifecycle in the company and actively contribute to the continuous improvement of HR practices.
WHAT YOU WILL DO WITH US
Personnel Administration
- Manage and secure the entire contractual lifecycle of employees (employment contracts, amendments, certificates, internship agreements, apprenticeship contracts), ensuring compliance in the EMEA region.
- Structure, harmonize, and optimize onboarding and offboarding processes (IT REQ, trigram and extranet account creation, affiliations, participation in organizing integration weeks), with a focus on employee experience and operational efficiency.
- Process HR requests via the Extranet ticketing tool and ensure the system is kept up to date.
- Coordinate the relationship with occupational health services and manage work-related health topics.
- Secure sensitive contractual moments (probationary periods, renewals, confirmations) by providing proactive advice to managers and ensuring reliable practices. (Anticipating deadlines, calculating legal timeframes, coordinating with managers, drafting ad hoc letters.)
Compensation & Benefits / Payroll
- Act as the interface between the People Ops and Payroll teams to ensure the reliability and consistency of administrative data and variable elements.
- Participate in payroll preparation for specific tasks (e.g., for France, integrating absence files, meal vouchers, creating employee records as a backup for Myriam; for other EMEA countries, understanding the process in Remote).
- Participate in the development and updating of HR procedures and internal communications (absences, health insurance, time savings accounts, etc.).
- Contribute to the structuring and evolution of C&B policies (employee benefits, local EMEA schemes), with a comparative and market-oriented approach.
HR Data Management & Reporting
- Participate in updating our systems: completing/updating user records as they go, creating extranet accounts, etc.
- Use data from ticketing to identify levers for process optimization and reduction of operational workload.
HR Compliance / Labor Relations
- Participate in the preparation and monitoring of legal obligations related to individual and collective labor relations.
- Actively contribute to the company's social compliance in the EMEA region by monitoring regulations and proposing adaptation plans when necessary.
- Manage certain sensitive first-level topics (terminations, mobility, transfers) operationally and by providing risk analysis and appropriate recommendations.
Continuous Improvement & HR Projects
- Define and deploy a QWL (Quality of Life and Working Conditions) policy across the organization: diagnosis, action plan, monitoring indicators (absenteeism, engagement, psychosocial risks), coordinate internal stakeholders, and be a source of proposals.
- Identify and manage HR process optimization projects (automation, digitalization, simplification) in line with business challenges and the HR roadmap.
- Monitor HR innovations (including AI applied to HR) and formulate pragmatic recommendations aligned with the organization's needs.
YOUR PROFILE
Hard Skills:
- Master's degree (Bac +5) in Human Resources with at least 5 years of experience in a similar position in an international environment.
- Proficiency in French labor law and knowledge of international labor law (EMEA).
- Good knowledge of key HR processes: onboarding, offboarding, contractual management, payroll, labor relations.
- Interest in Comp & Ben topics: analytical skills, ability to propose solutions, implementation and management of schemes.
- Proficiency with HRIS and HR/payroll management tools.
- Proficiency with office tools (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) and collaborative tools.
- Ability to produce reliable HR reports and dashboards.
- Strong interest in artificial intelligence and digital tools: ability to identify relevant AI use cases for the HR function (automation, conversational assistants, data analysis, document generation) and to experiment with them.
- Fluent in English and French.
Soft Skills:
- Rigor and organizational skills: ability to manage multiple files simultaneously with reliability.

- Team spirit and cross-functional collaboration: working in connection with Payroll, HRBP, IT, managers, etc.

- Interpersonal and communication skills: ability to interact with various stakeholders (employees, managers, social partners, schools, public bodies and institutions).
- Analytical skills: ability to interpret HR data and draw relevant conclusions.
