This role blends enterprise HR program leadership with executive storytelling, strategic communications, and large‑scale facilitation. The HR Program & Communications Manager is accountable not only for delivering initiatives, but for shaping how those initiatives are understood, aligned to strategy, and activated across the HR organization and the broader enterprise.

Required Qualifications:

  • 5 years of professional experience in HR programs or related fields, and/or proven ability in successfully leading HR programs.
  • 2 years of Demonstrated ability to lead broad-based, enterprise communication efforts.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business, Healthcare Administration or related
  • Upon hire: Project Management Professional (PMP) Certification Or
  • Upon hire: PMI Agile Certified Practitioner (PMI-ACP) - Project Management Institute
  • Upon hire: Professional in Human Resources (PHR) - Human Resource Certification Institute Or
  • Upon hire: Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR) - Human Resource Certification Institute Or
  • Upon hire: Society for Human Resource Management – Certified Professional (SHRM-CP) Or
  • Upon hire: Society for Human Resource Management – Senior Certified Professional (SHRM-SCP)
  • Upon hire: Prosci or other Change Management Certification
  • Experience in a large, geographically dispersed, multi-state organization.

Salary Range by Location:

  • Washington: Western - Except Tukwila: Min: $50.32, Max: $79.45

  • Washington: Southwest - Olympia, Centralia & Below: Min: $48.27, Max: $76.22

  • Washington: Tukwila: Min: $50.32, Max: $79.45

  • Washington: Eastern: Min: $42.96, Max: $67.82

  • Washington: Southeastern: Min: $45.00, Max: $71.05
