The senior program manager is responsible for leading large, complex workforce initiatives and virtual teams through the full lifecycle of project management, from discovery through implementation and business value delivery. They will provide program leadership, thought partnership, analysis, and strategic decision-making support to initiative sponsors and teams to ensure sustainable and scalable user-centric solutions are developed and implemented to successfully realize business outcomes and drive change.

Required Qualifications:
- 6 years Professional experience with HR, program or project management, project strategy and implementation background.
- Demonstrated experience with independent decision making, complex facilitation, agile project management, change management, mentoring, developing and delivering training.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business, Healthcare Administration or related
- Upon hire: PMP or ACP Certification
- Upon hire: PHR, SHRM – CP, SPHR or SHRM-SCP Certification
- Experience in a large, geographically dispersed, multi-state organization.
