Senior HR Project Executive /HR Transformation Generalist

Are you an experienced HR Generalist who enjoys improving the way HR works — not just running existing processes?
We are representing an established organisation within the Property / Investment sector to hire an Assistant HR Manager who will play a key role in strengthening and professionalising its HR practices, frameworks and systems.
This is a hands-on role combining broad HR Generalist responsibilities with HR transformation and improvement projects. You will work closely with management to review current practices, identify gaps and implement practical improvements across compensation, job architecture, performance management, HR policies, talent processes and HR systems.
Key Responsibilities
• Review and enhance HR policies, procedures, employee handbooks and governance frameworks.
• Assess existing HR practices and identify opportunities to improve processes, controls and employee experience.
• Support HR transformation, process improvement and change management initiatives.
• Conduct salary and compensation benchmarking, analyse market data and recommend appropriate pay positioning.
• Support job evaluation, job grading and the development/review of job descriptions and job architecture.
• Review and improve performance management frameworks, appraisal processes and goal-setting practices.
• Support talent management, succession planning and capability development initiatives.
• Identify learning and development needs and coordinate relevant development programmes.
• Provide hands-on support across HR operations and the employee lifecycle.
What We’re Looking For
• Degree/Diploma in Human Resources, Business Administration or related discipline.
• Approximately 5–7 years of broad-based HR Generalist / HR Business Partner experience.
• Good hands-on knowledge of HR operations and employee lifecycle management.
• Practical exposure to salary benchmarking, compensation analysis, job evaluation/grading, performance management and HR policy development.
• Experience in HR transformation, process improvement or change initiatives would be highly advantageous.
• Good knowledge of Singapore employment legislation and HR practices.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Independent, resourceful and comfortable working in a hands-on environment.
Preferred Industry Background
Candidates with experience in Property / Real Estate, Asset Management, Real Estate Investment, Investment Management, REITs, Private Equity, Family Offices or other investment-related organisations will be highly preferred.
