We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Senior HR Recruiter to join our team in the manufacturing industry, specifically located in Chakan, Pune. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in recruitment, particularly within the manufacturing sector, and will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and hiring candidates for various positions within the organization. This role is crucial in ensuring that we attract and retain top talent to meet our operational needs. Key Responsibilities: - Manage the end-to-end recruitment process for all positions within the manufacturing sector. - Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and develop effective recruitment strategies. - Source candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, and networking. - Conduct interviews and assessments to evaluate candidates' qualifications and fit for the organization. - Maintain accurate records of recruitment activities and provide regular updates to management. - Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process. Required Skills: - Proven experience as an HR Recruiter, preferably in the manufacturing industry. - Strong understanding of recruitment processes and best practices. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. - Ability to work independently and as part of a team. - Familiarity with applicant tracking systems and HR software.
