Senior HR Recruiter

Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Senior HR Recruiter to handle end-to-end recruitment processes. The candidate should have strong sourcing, screening, and coordination skills with the ability to hire candidates for multiple roles efficiently. Telugu language proficiency is mandatory.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle end-to-end recruitment process
  
• Source candidates through job portals, social media, and references
  
• Conduct telephonic screening and interview coordination
  
• Hire candidates for sales, operations, and support roles
  
• Coordinate with hiring managers for requirement understanding
  
• Maintain candidate database and recruitment trackers
  
• Follow up with candidates till onboarding
  
• Achieve monthly hiring targets
  

Requirements

Required Skills

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  
• Good knowledge of sourcing and screening
  
• Experience in bulk and field sales hiring preferred
  
• Familiarity with job portals like WorkIndia,Job Hai and social hiring
  
• MS Excel / Google Sheets knowledge
  
• Ability to work under pressure and deadlines
  

Qualification

• Any Graduate / MBA HR preferred
  

Preferred Candidate Profile

• Telugu speaking is preferred
  
• Immediate joiners preferred
  
• Experience in FMCG, sales hiring or recruitment consultancy is an adder advantage.
