Summary

Manages HR shared services for healthcare staff in Singapore, handling onboarding, contracts, work permits, and payroll via Timesoft and Tenderboard.

The incumbent is responsible for managing daily operations, reviewing workflows, and identifying opportunities for process automation.

  • Onboarding Support: Handles the creation of new hire profiles in Timesoft, system updates and supervise the preparation of welcome kits.

  • Contract Management: Administers renewals for Locum and temporary staff.

  • Probation & Resignation: Manages the probation confirmation process and processes employee resignations.

  • Personnel Filing: Supervises the creation and ongoing filing of employee P-files.

  • Work Pass Management: Provides end-to-end management for work permit applications and renewals.

  • Leave: Administers and initialise annual leave entitlement for staff as well as part-time staff leave entitlement in Timesoft. Process Work Injury Compensation (WICA) claims.

  • Documentation: Issues Letters of Gurantees (LOG) or Certificates of Employment (COE) upon request.

  • Payment Processing: Handles and also provides guidance to the administration support staff in the submission of invoices to the Finance department via the Tenderboard system

  • Uniform Project: Lead the uniform review project

  • Any other duties assigned.

Job Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree, preferably in Human Resource, Business Administration, or a related field

  • Minimum of 4 years' relevant experience in HR Shared Services or related areas
