Senior HR Specialist

A leading financial institution is seeking an experienced Senior HR Specialist to drive key people management initiatives and support organizational growth.

• Employee Relations & HR Operations
• HR Policy Development & Compliance
• Learning & Development
• HR Reporting & Strategic HR Support

Requirements:
• Bachelor's Degree in HR, Business Administration, Industrial Relations, Psychology, or related field
• CIPM, SHRM, HRCI, or equivalent certification
• 5–10 years of progressive HR experience, including 2–3 years in a senior HR role
• Experience within financial services, fintech, banking, or other regulated sectors is highly preferred
• Strong knowledge of Nigerian labor laws and HR best practices
