Senior HR Specialist, Compensation & Benefits
Role summary
We are seeking a proactive and analytical HR Specialist / Senior Specialist, Compensation & Benefits to support the design, administration and continuous improvement of our compensation and benefits program. This role plays a key part in ensuring our reward practices remain competitive, equitable and compliant with applicable employment legislation, while supporting business objectives and enhancing the employee experience.
Key responsibilities
· Maintain and administer compensation and benefits (C&B) policies, programs, and processes, ensuring alignment with company guidelines, business needs, employment legislation and regulatory requirements.
· Maintain accurate C&B data within HR systems, perform regular data validation and reconciliation, and prepare recurring and ad hoc reports and analyses to support management decision-making, budgeting and workforce planning.
· Coordinate job analysis, job evaluation and job grading activities, and maintain salary structure and job evaluation records.
· Coordinate and execute the annual salary review, bonus, and incentive processes, including data preparation, validation, analysis, calculations and stakeholder coordination to ensure timely and accurate implementation.
· Conduct salary and benefits benchmarking, market pricing and compensation analyses to support competitive and internally equitable pay practices, including participation in salary surveys and the preparation of salary proposals.
· Administer employee benefits program and liaise with employees, managers, HR colleagues and external vendors to ensure the accurate and timely delivery of benefits.
· Provide day-to-day advisory support on C&B matters to employees, managers, and HR colleagues, ensuring timely resolution of enquiries.
· Identify opportunities to enhance C&B processes, systems, and controls, and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives that strengthen operational efficiency and employee experience.

Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
- Minimum three (3) years of relevant experience in C&B, Total Rewards, or a related HR function.
- Experience within the semiconductor, manufacturing or a similar industrial environment will be an advantage.
- Sound knowledge of C&B principles, including salary benchmarking, market pricing, job evaluation, salary structures, annual salary reviews, bonus and incentive administration, and employee benefits.
- Working knowledge of Singapore employment legislation, statutory requirements, and HR best practices.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with excellent attention to detail and the ability to manage and analyze HR and compensation data accurately.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel and PowerPoint. Experience with SAP SuccessFactors is preferred.
- IHRP certification will be an advantage.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build effective working relationships across all levels of the organization and with external stakeholders.
- Self-motivated, proactive, and adaptable, with a strong willingness to learn and take on new challenges. Able to work independently while collaborating effectively within a team in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
