Senior HRBP

TeamSystem S.p.A. is seeking an experienced HR Business Partner to shape and execute people strategies that drive organisational effectiveness.

You will partner with business leaders to align talent initiatives with priorities, focusing on workforce planning, performance management, leadership development, and employee engagement, in a hybrid, international group. Collaborate with business managers to develop strategies for workforce planning, talent management and organisational design. Partner with managers in promotion and job change processes, ensuring sustainable design for critical roles. Act as a trusted advisor to leadership, providing coaching that fosters development and problem-solving. Guide leaders to understand drivers of employee engagement and their impact on business performance. Provide regular analysis and insights to inform decision-making and support business outcomes. Support the implementation of effective performance management processes. Liaise with other HR experts to commission tailored solutions for the organisation’s needs. Minimum 7-10 years’ experience in an HR Business Partner role within a tech or services company. Strong organisational and goal-setting capabilities, with ability to manage complexity and drive initiatives forward. Excellent interpersonal and relationship-building skills with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
