Senior HRIS Analyst designs, implements, and optimizes HR and payroll systems for a financial services company, focusing on Workday, Oracle HCM, or SAP SuccessFactors with strong compliance and analytics skills.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the end-to-end analysis, design, and implementation of HRIS enhancements, integrations, and new system functionalities, with a focus on the banking and financial services environment.
  • Serve as the subject matter expert (SME) for HRIS best practices, ensuring compliance with data security standards and regulatory requirements (e.g., SOX, GDPR).
  • Support enterprise-wide HRIS initiatives, including system implementations, upgrades, migrations, and integrations with payroll, benefits, finance, and compliance systems.
  • Manage data migration and conversion activities while maintaining high standards of data integrity, confidentiality, and regulatory compliance.
  • Design, develop, and deliver HRIS reports, dashboards, and workforce analytics to support HR strategy, workforce planning, compensation, and business decision-making.
  • Provide advanced user support, system training, and comprehensive documentation for HR, Payroll, Risk, and Compliance stakeholders.
  • Partner with internal IT teams and external vendors to troubleshoot system issues, optimize performance, and implement technology enhancements.
  • Identify opportunities to streamline HR processes through automation and continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Keep abreast of HR technology trends, industry best practices, and regulatory developments to ensure HRIS solutions remain effective, compliant, and future-ready.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Information Systems, Business Administration, or a related discipline. A postgraduate qualification is an advantage.
  • Minimum of 8 years' HRIS experience, including at least 3 years within the banking or financial services industry.
  • Strong knowledge of enterprise HRIS platforms such as Workday, Oracle HCM, or SAP SuccessFactors. Experience with Workday implementation is highly preferred.
  • Proven track record in delivering complex HRIS projects, including system implementations, integrations, and process optimization initiatives.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and project management capabilities.
  • Sound understanding of regulatory compliance, data privacy, information security, and risk management within financial institutions.
  • Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
