Senior HRIS Engineer — Payroll, Data & Integrations Expert

Merdeka Copper Gold is seeking a Senior HRIS Engineer to manage complex HRIS configurations across multi-entity operations in Jakarta. You will ensure data integrity, support payroll and attendance cycles, and work with vendors on system enhancements.

The role requires hands-on experience with HRIS modules, SQL, APIs, Linux, and RanHR, plus strong data analytics and the ability to handle high-volume personnel data during peak periods.
