Description
Company Overview
LevelUp is a specialist agency providing outsourcing solutions to agencies, software vendors, and website owners. For over seven years, we have successfully collaborated with a variety of companies, providing valuable technical, operational, and back-office support. We have a large team of skilled and passionate professionals who are committed to delivering high-quality work for our clients.
Position Overview
Join LevelUp and partner with a premier UK-based HubSpot Diamond Partner dedicated to accelerating the growth of technology companies. They are pioneering AI-first HubSpot architectures—intelligent CRMs that autonomously update from sales calls, propel deals forward, and prescribe the next best actions for sales teams. In this critical role, you will lead client discovery sessions, architect tailored HubSpot solutions, and independently build the most complex system components. You will champion each project from its initial workshop through testing, training, and final launch. This is neither a basic configuration job nor a people management role. We seek a technical expert with a comprehensive understanding of HubSpot's current capabilities, who excels at translating complex technical strategies to non-technical stakeholders and thrives on end-to-end project ownership. This is a permanent, fully remote position operating on a UK night shift schedule from the Philippines.
Schedule & Work Setup
• Shift: Permanent night shift aligned with UK business hours: 5:00 PM to 1:00 AM (Manila time) from late October to late March, and 4:00 PM to 12:00 AM from late March to late October.
• Location: Fully remote.
• Equipment: LevelUp provides the necessary hardware, including a laptop, monitor, and headset.
• Requirements: You must have a dedicated, quiet workspace and a reliable backup internet connection.

Responsibilities
- Lead comprehensive discovery workshops with clients, translating business requirements into actionable HubSpot solution designs for the build team.
- Independently engineer technically complex components, including custom-coded actions, programmable automation, custom objects, sophisticated integrations, and HubSpot's AI features.
- Spearhead data migrations from legacy platforms and conduct rigorous code and build reviews for junior colleagues.
- Take full ownership of system testing, client sign-off, and successful go-live phases, followed by delivering effective training and driving high user adoption rates.
- Serve as the primary technical liaison for clients, adeptly managing expectations and navigating challenging conversations regarding scope and timeline adjustments.
- Collaborate on pre-sales activities by scoping and estimating work, and maintain strict change control protocols on active builds.
- Leverage advanced AI tools to accelerate and optimize the creation of specifications, code, testing protocols, and documentation.
Requirements
- HubSpot Experience: 4 to 6 years of hands-on HubSpot implementation experience, preferably within a HubSpot Solutions Partner agency or technical consultancy.
- Up-to-Date HubSpot Knowledge: Advanced expertise in the HubSpot ecosystem, specifically in deploying modern AI features (e.g., Breeze agents, AI workflow actions) within client builds.
- Solution Design: Proven end-to-end solution design experience—leading discovery, architecting the solution, and managing testing and launch, rather than just executing predefined configurations.
- Hub Coverage: Extensive mastery of at least three HubSpot Hubs, with deep technical proficiency in Marketing Hub, Sales Hub, and Data Hub (formerly Operations Hub).
- Complex Builds: Demonstrated ability to execute complex builds involving custom-coded actions, programmable automation, custom objects, calculated properties, and multi-pipeline architectures.
- Connecting Systems: Strong integration skills using APIs, webhooks, and middleware (e.g., Zapier, Make, Workato) to connect HubSpot with external platforms like email, Slack, and Clay.
- Client-Facing Work: Exceptional client-facing communication skills, with a track record of leading technical workshops and articulating complex decisions to non-technical audiences.
- Documentation: Excellence in technical documentation, consistently producing precise solution designs, specifications, and handover notes.
Nice-to-haves
- Possession of (or currently working towards) the HubSpot Solutions Architecture Design accreditation.
- Experience with CMS development, including HubDB, custom modules, and dynamic content integration.
- Track record of successfully managing complex data migrations from enterprise CRM or marketing platforms.
- Prior experience in scoping technical requirements and writing commercial proposals.
- A background in mentoring and upskilling junior HubSpot practitioners.
