Senior HR Business Partner collaborates with Product and R&D leaders to align HR strategies with business goals, advises on talent management, and drives workforce planning in a fast-paced tech environment.
Job Responsibilities
- Strategic Business Partnership - Partner closely with Product and R&D leaders to understand their objectives and pain points. Translate business strategies into actionable HR solutions that drive team performance and support rapid product iteration.
- Leadership & Talent Advisory - Act as a trusted advisor to managers on talent management, organizational design, performance management, and employee relations. Coach leaders to enhance team effectiveness and people management capabilities.
- Workforce Planning & Talent Scaling - Collaborate with management to analyze workforce needs, build robust talent pipelines, and lead succession planning for key positions. Support headcount expansion while optimizing time-to-fill for critical roles.
- Performance & Data-Driven Insights - Drive performance management systems (e.g., OKRs, 360-degree reviews) and leverage multi-dimensional workforce analytics to assess organizational health, productivity, and talent structure.
- Change Management & Culture - Lead and support organizational change initiatives in a fast-paced environment. Foster a high-performance, inclusive culture across cross-functional and distributed teams.
- Compliance & Employee Relations - Ensure solid experience in employment laws and maintain rigorous compliance in all HR practices. Handle sensitive employee relations matters with professionalism and consistency.
- HR Strategy & Best Practices - Collaborate with HR Centers of Excellence (CoEs) to implement group-wide policies and contribute to the overall HR strategy of the organization.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- Proven experience as an HR Business Partner or HR Generalist, with a strong understanding of HR best practices.
- Demonstrated success in partnering with Product and R&D teams in a technology or internet environment.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to leverage data for workforce planning and organizational design.
- Solid knowledge of employment laws and experience managing complex employee relations cases.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
- Prior experience in the Web3 industry is highly preferred.
