Boeing’s Defense Space and Security Division (BDS) Human Resources (HR) organization is currently seeking a Senior Human Resources Generalist (HRG) with a focus on Strategy and Integration to join their team in Berkeley, MO supporting Air Dominance and the St. Louis site. This is a terrific opportunity for candidates that aspire to HR leadership and want to learn about the breadth of HR executive roles.

As a member of the team driving project management, delivery, and cross-functional Human Resources (HR) integration, you will leverage data analysis and insights to shape long-term objectives and prioritize planning. You will provide solutions and support across various areas. Success in this role requires a strategic understanding of the business combined with strong attention to detail. Additionally, the ideal candidate will demonstrate excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Position Responsibilities:

  • Provide daily executive support to the Human Resources Senior Director to align, connect, and coordinate business activities

  • Pull and utilize HR metrics and people data to drive solutions based on trends and understand effectiveness of support provided

  • Provide recommendations to HR Director for operational and strategic decisions in the organization

  • Lead, support, and collaborate the delivery of key HR processes (e.g. ACR, succession planning, executive movement, etc.)

  • Create and compile data and notes for monthly People Councils

  • Drive rigor into operating rhythm; assess effectiveness of operating rhythm and provide recommendations as needed, including facilitation and planning of agendas for weekly HR staff meetings

  • Communicate with HR peers and leaders on HR actions

  • Ensure solutions are consistent with organizational objectives

  • Serve as subject matter expert on the majority of HR products and services

  • Prioritize time-sensitive requests and own delivery of solutions that support operational objectives

  • Support Workforce Planning initiatives, including the tracking and management of headcount targets and forecasts for the business

  • Success indicators: strong attention to detail, data analysis and accuracy, project management, excellent verbal and written communication, collaborative partnerships, executive-level presentation, strategic and proactive planning and execution

This position is expected to be 100% onsite. The selected candidate will be required to work onsite at one of the listed location options.

Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):

  • 3+ years of experience working in Human Resources and/or Business Operations

  • 3+ years of experience preparing and presenting to executives

  • 3+ years of experience managing multiple projects simultaneously, prioritizing tasks, and meeting deadlines in a fast-paced environment

  • 3+ years of experience in a role utilizing business acumen and understanding

Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):

  • Active US Secret Clearance or higher

  • Experience translating strategy and data into actionable insights and recommendations

  • 5+ years of experience in influencing and building strong relationships with stakeholders and senior leaders across functions

  • 5+ years of experience working with employees as a Human Resources Generalist (HRG) or Human Resources Business Partner (HRBP)

Summary pay range: $119,000-$161,000
