Senior HVAC and Controls Technician

WHAT YOU WILL DO

Maintain, troubleshoot, repair, and optimize commercial and industrial HVAC systems (York, Trane, Desert Aire)
Diagnose mechanical, electrical, refrigeration, and controls failures.
Maintain cultivation environmental conditions, including temperature, humidity, differential pressure, and airflow.
Support operation of Air Handling Units (AHUs), Rooftop Units (RTUs), Chillers, Dry Coolers, Cooling Towers, Dehumidification Systems, Exhaust and Makeup Air Systems, Fan Coil Units, Split Systems, Refrigeration Equipment

PREFERRED TECHNICAL EXPERIENCE
Candidates should possess significant experience with the following:

Commercial HVAC systems
Industrial HVAC systems
Refrigeration systems
Building Automation Systems (BAS)
Direct Digital Controls (DDC)
Variable Frequency Drives (VFDs)
Chilled water systems
Hydronic systems
Dehumidification systems
Environmental control systems
Electrical troubleshooting up to 480V
Mechanical equipment commissioning
Preventive maintenance programs
Root cause analysis
CMMS platforms
