Senior HVAC Design Engineer; White Plains, NY

Summary: We’re looking for a Senior HVAC Engineer / Project Manager with 8+ years of experience who is ready to take on a leadership role and grow within a consulting engineering firm.

What You’ll Do:

• Lead HVAC design projects from concept through completion
• Manage and mentor junior engineers and designers
• Lead project teams and oversee technical design and deliverables
• Work closely with firm Principals on all aspects of the consulting engineering practice
• Support projects across a variety of market sectors, including educational, hospitality, healthcare, office, and residential
• Help develop and maintain strong client relationships
• Provide technical guidance, training, and support to junior staff

What We’re Looking For:

• 8+ years of HVAC/mechanical engineering experience
• Experience working on projects in the Greater NYC area strongly preferred
• PE license preferred
• Experience leading design teams or managing projects
• Experience across multiple market sectors
• Strong HVAC design and project management experience
• Ability to mentor and train junior staff
• Strong communication and leadership skills
• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field
