Responsibilities
- Troubleshoot residential HVAC equipment
- Repair furnaces, AC systems, heat pumps, mini-splits, and indoor air quality systems
- Work on zoning systems, ERVs, humidifiers, boilers, and geothermal systems
- Educate homeowners on repair and replacement options
- Maintain accurate service records
Qualifications
- 5+ years of residential service experience
- Strong HVAC diagnostic skills
- Ability to work independently
- Customer-focused mindset
- Clean driving record
Preferred
- NATE Certification
- Installation experience
- Trade school or HVAC certifications
