About the Role

We're seeking a hands-on Functional Test Engineer with strong Playwright automation and C# coding experience to join our team in Western Australia.

You'll work across both manual functional testing and test automation, with a strong focus on developing and maintaining automated tests using Playwright and C#.

We're looking for someone who is technically hands-on, comfortable writing automation code and capable of contributing to reliable, maintainable automated testing solutions.

Australian Citizenship is mandatory, with eligibility to obtain Baseline Security Clearance.

What You'll Do

• Design, develop and maintain automated test scripts using Playwright and C#.
  
• Perform functional, integration, regression and end-to-end testing.
  
• Write clean, reusable and maintainable automation code.
  
• Develop and enhance automated test coverage within existing testing frameworks.
  
• Investigate and troubleshoot automation failures, application defects and testing issues.
  
• Collaborate with developers, testers and technical teams to improve testing quality and efficiency.
  
• Contribute to test planning, execution, defect management and reporting.
  

What We're Looking For

• Strong hands-on Playwright automation experience using C#.
  
• Proven C# coding skills, with the ability to independently write, maintain and debug automated test scripts.
  
• Solid functional testing experience, including manual test design, execution and defect management.
  
• Experience developing automated regression and end-to-end test scenarios.
  
• Good understanding of test automation frameworks, coding practices and reusable test components.
  
• Experience with API testing, CI/CD pipelines or Azure DevOps would be advantageous.
  
• Strong analytical, problem-solving and communication skills.
  
• Australian Citizenship is mandatory, with eligibility to obtain Baseline Security Clearance.
  
• Must be based in Western Australia.
