Design and automate enterprise Identity & Access Management solutions using One Identity Manager and IGA platforms, improving security, compliance, and operational efficiency.
As a Senior IAM DevOps Engineer, you will:
- Design, develop, and enhance Identity & Access Management (IAM) solutions using One Identity Manager and Identity Governance & Administration (IGA) platforms
- Analyze, remediate, and improve existing IAM services to enhance security, compliance, scalability, and operational efficiency
- Automate IAM processes and control activities to reduce manual effort and improve service reliability
- Develop and maintain IAM workflows, configurations, integrations, scripts, and automation solutions
- Support identity lifecycle management activities including onboarding, access provisioning, access modification, and deprovisioning
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex IAM platform issues, integrations, and service-related challenges
- Improve IAM service quality through continuous enhancements, monitoring, and engineering best practices
- Strengthen audit readiness by improving control effectiveness, evidencing, traceability, and compliance processes
- Translate operational issues, technical risks, and control findings into sustainable IAM solutions
- Collaborate with Product Owners, Business Analysts, Security teams, Risk & Compliance teams, architects, and engineering teams
What You Bring to the Table:
- Extensive experience as an IAM Engineer, DevOps Engineer, or Software Engineer within complex enterprise environments
- Strong hands‑on experience with One Identity Manager and Identity Governance & Administration (IGA) solutions
- Strong understanding of IAM principles including provisioning, deprovisioning, access governance, access certification, reconciliation, RBAC, ABAC, PBAC, and Segregation of Duties
- Strong proficiency in SQL with experience analyzing, validating, and improving IAM‑related datasets
- Experience with SQL Server, APIs, web services, scripting, automation tools, job services, data mapping, and system integrations
- Experience designing, improving, and supporting IAM workflows, jobs, connectors, and application integrations
- Experience automating IAM operational activities, control execution, monitoring, and reporting processes
- Strong understanding of security, governance, risk, and compliance requirements in IAM environments
- Experience working in regulated environments with focus on traceability, audit readiness, and operational controls
- Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills with the ability to identify root causes and implement sustainable improvements
- Strong English communication skills with the ability to collaborate with technical and business stakeholders
