Senior IAM Engineer

Roles and Responsibilities :

• Design, implement, and maintain Identity Access Management (IAM) solutions to ensure secure authentication, authorization, and risk assessment across the organization.
• Develop and enforce IAM policies, procedures, and standards to comply with regulatory requirements and industry best practices.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to identify business needs for identity governance and develop solutions that meet those needs.
• Conduct regular security audits and risk assessments to identify vulnerabilities in IAM systems.

Job Requirements :

• 5-12 years of experience in Identity & Access Management (IAM), preferably in a healthcare or financial services environment.
• Strong understanding of authentication, authorization, RBAC (Role-Based Access Control), and Identity Lifecycle Management concepts.
• Experience with implementing GRC (Governance, Risk & Compliance) frameworks such as SOX or HIPAA.
