Senior IAM / PAM Engineer

Responsibilities:

• Support and drive progress in the multifactor authentication (MFA) project

• Work in mixed on‑premise and hybrid environments

• Manage and support identity and access management (IAM) processes, including user access and AD group memberships

• Perform advanced troubleshooting, including analysis of logs and system behavior

• Collaborate with technical SMEs to resolve issues and ensure solution alignment

• Coordinate activities across teams to maintain project momentum and delivery

Requirements:

• Experience working in on‑premise and hybrid environments

• Strong experience with Identity and Access Management (IAM), including Active Directory group memberships

• Proven experience in advanced troubleshooting, including working with logs

• Experience collaborating and coordinating with technical SMEs

• Strong communication and collaboration skills

• Fluent English (spoken and written)

Nice to have:

• Experience with Group Policy Objects (GPOs)

• Knowledge of network infrastructure

• Experience working with VPN solutions

• Experience with SAML integrations with VPN

• Experience with Cisco AnyConnect

• Experience with Windows Hello for Business configuration

• Experience with Entra ID
