Senior IAM Solution Architect
Summary
The Senior IAM Solution Architect leads strategic identity and governance engagements for enterprise customers, designing and implementing RSA ID Plus and G&L solutions. The role involves facilitating workshops, defining IAM strategies, and providing technical leadership to consulting teams.
RSA Professional Services is seeking an experienced Senior IAM / IGA Solution Architect to lead strategic identity engagements for enterprise customers.
In this role, you will engage with CISOs, security leaders, and business stakeholders, lead workshops, define IAM strategies, and translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions. You will supervise and deliver RSA ID Plus and RSA Governance & Lifecycle (G&L) solutions across diverse customer environments and use cases.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead executive-level IAM and Identity Governance discussions with customers.
- Facilitate workshops, discovery sessions, and requirements-gathering activities.
- Translate business requirements into solution architectures and implementation deliverables within the sold scope.
- Supervise the implementation of RSA ID Plus and G&L solutions across cloud, hybrid, and on-premises environments.
- Design and deliver IAM/IGA use cases including SSO, JML, Access Requests, Access Reviews, Role Management, RBAC, SoD, and Application Onboarding.
- Negotiate requirements, scope, priorities, and deliverables with customer stakeholders.
- Provide technical leadership and mentorship to consulting teams.
- Act as a trusted advisor throughout the customer lifecycle.
Required Skills
- Strong consulting, workshop facilitation, business analysis, and stakeholder-management skills.
- Proven ability to engage with CISO and senior executive audiences.
- Deep knowledge of IAM and IGA concepts, governance models, and identity lifecycle processes.
- Experience with enterprise identity technologies including Active Directory, Microsoft Entra ID, LDAP, APIs, SAML, SSO, MFA, PKI, cloud platforms, and security integrations.
- Strong Hands-on experience with Linux OS, Database and Web Based Applications (IIS, Apache, Tomcat,…)
- Excellent knowledge of information and network security fundamentals.
- Knowledge of Zero Trust and modern identity architectures.
- Scripting (Python, Powershell)
- Basic understanding of AI Security, Agent Security, and Non-Human Identities.
- Basic understanding of DevOps / DevSecOps, CI/CD pipelines, containerization, and cloud-native environments.
Experience & Qualifications
- 9+ years of overall IT or Cybersecurity experience.
- Minimum 5 years of hands-on IAM/IGA consulting and solution-delivery experience.
- Experience leading enterprise IAM transformation programs and customer-facing advisory engagements.
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, Cybersecurity, or a related field.
Preferred Certifications
- CISSP, CISM, or CRISC.
- Azure, AWS, or Security Architecture certifications.
- AI-900 or AI Security-related training.
