Introduction & Summary
The role of Senior IAM Specialist focuses on modernizing the identity and access management (IAM) capabilities. The ideal candidate will possess extensive experience in designing and delivering solutions, particularly with SailPoint Identity Security Cloud (ISC), Microsoft Active Directory, and Microsoft Entra ID.
Main Responsibilities
Key duties include:
Conduct feasibility studies and impact assessments for new or enhanced ISC capabilities.
Design and implement new application connectors.
Design and implement enhanced workflows such as certifications and deletion at termination.
Conduct requirements analysis and strategy definition for preparatory activities.
Lead design thinking on workload identities integration.
Perform detailed analysis of the SailPoint–AD–Entra interface and integration patterns.
Collaborate with stakeholders to share analysis outcomes.
Define and design an “Entra-first” target architecture, producing High-Level Design (HLD) and Low-Level Design (LLD) deliverables.
Key Requirements
Proven experience with SailPoint Identity Security Cloud solutions.
Strong expertise in Microsoft Active Directory.
Proficient in Microsoft Entra ID.
Experience in identity governance and administration.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Nice to Have
Familiarity with integration patterns between SailPoint and cloud services.
Experience in design thinking methodologies.
