Senior ICT Manager

Location: Brussels, Belgium – Hybrid
Duration: Multi-year assignment, subject to client approval
Level: Senior / Expert

We are looking for an experienced Senior ICT Manager to support the organisation, management and optimisation of IT services and the development of a future-ready shared services and IT governance model.

Key Responsibilities

• Assess the operational feasibility of the proposed IT Operating Model.
• Advise on IT services, service management processes, organisational structures and capabilities.
• Support the development of service catalogues, organisational models and capacity plans.
• Define responsibilities, future roles and team structures.
• Manage vendors and outsourcing models.
• Assess the operational impact of further IT centralisation.

Key Requirements

• Strong expertise in IT Operations, IT Governance and Service Management.
• Excellent knowledge of ITIL, Service Catalog Design and KPI Management.
• Experience with Organisational Design, Vendor Management and Workforce Planning.
• Proven experience managing or leading centralised ICT organisations.
• Native/bilingual Dutch and professional working proficiency in English.
