You will design, implement, and improve enterprise identity and access-management solutions across on-premises, cloud, and SaaS environments. You will deliver federation strategies, lead IAM platform integrations, automate governance and provisioning, support cloud IAM, mentor colleagues, and participate in identity-system incident response.
Responsibilities
- Design and implement enterprise IAM solutions
- Architect and deliver federation strategies
- Lead IAM platform integration and optimization
- Drive identity lifecycle management, RBAC, PAM, and just-in-time access initiatives
- Develop automation scripts and Terraform infrastructure
- Provide IAM technical guidance and troubleshoot complex issues
- Mentor team members
- Improve IAM architecture, processes, and capabilities
- Support cloud IAM strategies across AWS and GCP
- Participate in on-call rotation and identity-system incident response
Requirements
- 6+ years of hands-on IAM experience
- Knowledge of IAM principles, Zero Trust, least privilege, adaptive authentication, ABAC, continuous access evaluation, and ITDR
- Expertise in SAML, OIDC, OAuth 2.0, SCIM, and federation protocols
- Experience with SailPoint, Okta, PingOne, and Microsoft identity solutions
- Knowledge of AWS, GCP, cloud IAM services, Terraform, and CI/CD
- Python and JavaScript or TypeScript programming skills
- Ability to lead technical initiatives from design through implementation
