Serves as an internal escalation point for complex identity resolution issues across legacy and new platforms; updates and resolves issues in ticketing system. Diagnoses sophisticated identity lifecycle problems, collaborates directly with vendors, and drives resolution. Designs and implements identity solutions; partners with engineering, security, and support teams to ensure scalable delivery; develops and supports IAM workflows. Ensures governance and provisioning policies are properly implemented and improved where gaps exist. Develops comprehensive technical documentation, SOPs, and knowledge articles; mentors Specialists on best practices; collaborates with stakeholders to align IAM operations with business needs. Leads transition planning and execution for each new Congress, coordinating with cross-functional teams.
