Senior Implementatie Consultant
Role purpose: Lead complex software implementations for clients, translating business needs into configured solutions and ensuring successful adoption, delivery quality, and stakeholder satisfaction. Core responsibilities - Own end-to-end implementation projects: discovery, requirements, solution design, configuration, testing, go-live, and hypercare. - Facilitate workshops to map processes, define scope, and align stakeholders on outcomes and timelines. - Configure the platform, coordinate integrations, and manage data migration activities with internal and client teams. - Create and maintain project documentation: plans, requirements, functional designs, test scripts, and release notes. - Lead user acceptance testing (UAT), training, and change management to drive user adoption. - Identify risks and dependencies, propose mitigations, and report progress to stakeholders. - Collaborate with Product, Support, and Engineering to resolve issues and improve implementation standards.
