Senior Industrial Designer

Purpose As a Senior Industrial Designer, you will take ownership of design-led thinking and execution across complex projects, playing a pivotal role in shaping Breville’s product experiences. You are expected to operate with a high degree of independence, consistently demonstrating craft excellence, sound judgment, and strong commercial awareness. This role represents a shift from contributor to leader and mentor, where your influence extends beyond individual execution to include project direction, junior designer growth, and contribution to team culture. You will help define the future of design at Breville by mentoring, role modelling, and championing excellence in process and outcomes. Senior Designers are expected to anticipate needs, identify opportunities, and create strategic design value that aligns with business goals.
