Senior Informatica Developer

We are looking for a Senior Informatica Developer to support a strategic initiative focused on reducing technical debt, optimizing integration performance, and standardizing Informatica solutions across the enterprise landscape.

Key Responsibilities

  • Refactor and optimize complex Informatica interfaces and ETL workloads
  • Apply Informatica best practices to existing integrations and retrofit activities
  • Support the migration of Data Quality (DQ) rules to the new EVO functionality within MDM Hub
  • Analyze and improve performance of Informatica processes and interfaces
  • Collaborate with technical teams to ensure scalable, maintainable, and compliant solutions
  • Produce and maintain technical documentation in line with compliance standards
  • 5+ years of experience with Informatica development
  • Strong experience in Informatica performance tuning and optimization
  • Knowledge of Informatica Data Quality (DQ) rules and frameworks
  • Experience with complex ETL processes and interface development
  • Proven experience in refactoring and modernizing legacy integrations
  • Experience creating technical documentation aligned with compliance requirements
  • Strong English communication skills

Nice to Have

  • Experience with Informatica MDM / MDM Hub
  • Knowledge of the EVO feature
  • Experience in pharma or life sciences environments
  • Exposure to data governance and master data management initiatives
