Your responsibilities:
As a Senior Information Security Manager, you will act as the primary security representative and trusted advisor for our customers. Your key responsibilities will include:
Acting as the primary point of contact for all security-related matters between Fujitsu, customers, and third-party providers
Ensuring compliance with contractual security obligations, customer requirements, and Fujitsu security standards
Managing and maintaining Information Security Management Systems (ISMS) and security governance processes
Leading Security Working Groups, customer security reviews, and regular stakeholder meetings
Developing and maintaining security risk registers and driving risk mitigation activities
Producing and presenting security reports, dashboards, and executive summaries to customers and senior stakeholders
Coordinating and facilitating security audits, IT Health Checks, penetration tests, and remediation activities
Supporting the management of security incidents, investigations, and escalation processes
Reviewing security impacts of infrastructure, operational, and business changes
Providing oversight of security controls, vulnerability management, privileged access management, and security compliance initiatives
Developing and maintaining Security Management Plans and contributing to Service Improvement Plans (SIPs)
Identifying opportunities to enhance customers' security posture and supporting business growth through security service expansion
Building strong relationships with customer security leadership, CISOs, Delivery Executives, Service Delivery Managers, and technical teams
Our requirements
Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Cyber Security, Computer Science, or a related field
Professional certifications such as CISSP, CISM, CISA, CRISC, ISO 27001 Lead Implementer/Lead Auditor, or CompTIA Security+
Proven experience in Information Security Management, Cyber Security Governance, Risk Management, or Security Consultancy roles
Strong understanding of security frameworks, standards, and best practices (ISO 27001, NIST, NIS2, etc.)
Experience managing security risks, audits, compliance activities, and remediation programs
Experience working directly with customers and senior stakeholders in complex enterprise environments
Knowledge of security operations, vulnerability management, endpoint security, network security, identity and access management, and incident response processes
Excellent analytical, communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills
Ability to influence and lead security initiatives across multiple teams and organizational levels
Fluent English (minimum B2 level), both written and spoken
Nice to have
Experience with Managed Security Services, SOC operations, SIEM platforms, vulnerability management, PAM, or cloud security services
Understanding of security regulations and compliance requirements such as GDPR, PCI-DSS, DORA
Previous experience working in international or multinational environments
Experience supporting large enterprise customers and leading Security Working Groups
