Summary
Senior Infrastructure Architect to design, build, and maintain Smarter Agent's large-scale real estate SaaS production environment on AWS. Day-to-day work centers on Python, AWS services (S3, Lambda, Boto), large data stores (~1B records), Elasticsearch, CDNs, ETL, and metrics/logging/monitoring at scale.
- Architect, engineer and maintain Smarter Agent production environment which is one of the largest real estate data and client endpoint infrastructures in North America.
- Develop system and components for large scale real estate SaaS system running primarily AWS services.
- Experience with data stores with ~1B records with > 1M daily updates.
- Understanding of performance metrics and practices for Web and Mobile applications.
- Experience with at least two years of Python engineering and development.
- Knowledge of AWS, including Boto, S3, Lambda and S3 Triggers.
- Experience in Web Frameworks for Python, including Django and asynch frameworks is highly desirable.
- Implementation experience for systems at scale and with metric, logging, and monitoring systems.
- Knowledge of SQL and NoSql database systems, ElasticSearch preferred.
- Knowledge of CDN and image processing systems.
- Experience with common ETL processes, tools and software.
