Job Description
We are seeking a Senior Infrastructure Architect to design and deliver scalable, secure, highly available, and cost-effective infrastructure solutions across on-premises, private cloud, and public cloud environments. The role will drive infrastructure architecture, solution design, governance, and technology alignment with enterprise standards and roadmaps.
Key Responsibilities
- Design infrastructure solutions based on project non-functional requirements.
- Create and maintain architecture documentation and artifacts, including physical infrastructure diagrams.
- Lead architecture and design governance discussions to obtain solution approvals.
- Collaborate with technology partners and stakeholders on solution design and implementation.
- Ensure solutions comply with governance, audit, risk, security, and compliance requirements.
- Design and support High Availability (HA) and Disaster Recovery (DR) environments.
Technical Expertise
- Strong infrastructure architecture experience across On-Premises, Private Cloud, and Public Cloud environments.
- Expertise in Azure, AWS, and GCP cloud platforms.
- Strong knowledge of system design principles and interpretation of system/workflow diagrams.
- Expertise in HA/DR architecture and design.
- Experience with Visio and infrastructure diagramming.
- Strong understanding of multi-cloud architecture and workload placement strategies.
- Knowledge of Azure regions and Availability Zones.
- Understanding of networking technologies including F5 LTM, Azure Application Gateway, and TLS security.
- Experience with VMware and VMware Cloud technologies.
- Experience in governance, audit, risk assessment, and architecture review processes.
- Experience designing enterprise-scale hybrid and multi-cloud infrastructure solutions.
- Experience with on-premises and data center infrastructure design and solutioning.
