We are looking for Senior Infrastructure Architect who is a hands-on builder to design, deploy, and run the GPU infrastructure behind our AI platform - someone who has actually racked the servers, cabled the fabric, brought the cluster online, and locked it down

What you will do

• Plan and execute GPU data center build-outs end to end: rack and power design, high-density cooling, cabling, and physical deployment of GPU servers and networking.

• Design and stand up high-performance compute fabrics (InfiniBand / RoCE), storage, and out-of-band management for large GPU clusters.

• Own capacity, power, and cooling planning together with colocation partners and site operators.

• Build the software layer that makes the metal usable: provisioning, firmware and driver lifecycle, monitoring, and cluster scheduling.

• Bake security in from day one: physical access controls, network segmentation, hardened baselines, key and secrets management, tamper-evident logging.

• Ensure our infrastructure meets the security and compliance requirements our customers demand — including EU data residency and sovereignty expectations, ISO 27001-aligned controls, and customer security audits.

• Provide operational support and troubleshooting.

What we are looking for

• Proven, hands-on experience setting up GPU or HPC data center environments — you have physically built and commissioned clusters, not just operated them.

• Strong grasp of data center fundamentals: power distribution, UPS, cooling (air and liquid), rack density, and site selection trade-offs.

• Solid networking skills, including high-speed interconnects (InfiniBand andEthernet) and secure network design.

• Real understanding of security requirements for critical infrastructure: physical security, access management, supply-chain integrity, and frameworks such as ISO 27001, SOC 2, or Finland’s Katakri criteria.

• Comfort with Linux and automation — you automate what you would otherwise repeat.

• A doer’s temperament: you take ambiguous goals, break them into concrete steps, and deliver without waiting to be told twice.

• Fluent English; Finnish is a plus. Willingness to travel occasionally.

Nice to have

• Experience with NVIDIA DGX/HGX-class systems, liquid-cooled deployments, or multi-megawatt sites.

• Background in environments with elevated security requirements (finance, government, defense, or critical infrastructure) or eligibility for security clearance.

• Experience negotiating with colocation providers, utilities, or hardware vendors.
