Sure Global Technology, a leading Saudi IT solutions provider established in 2004, is seeking an experienced Senior Infrastructure & Cloud Engineer to join its onsite team in Saudi Arabia. Key Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and maintain enterprise IT infrastructure.
• Manage cloud platforms and infrastructure services.
• Monitor system performance, availability, and security.
• Administer servers, virtualization platforms, and enterprise systems.
• Troubleshoot infrastructure and cloud-related issues.
• Implement infrastructure improvements to enhance performance and reliability.
• Collaborate with cross-functional IT teams on digital transformation initiatives.
• Ensure compliance with organizational security policies and best practices.
• Prepare technical documentation and system reports.
• Support business continuity and disaster recovery initiatives.

Requirements & Qualifications

• Minimum 7+ years of experience in infrastructure or system administration roles.
• Strong expertise in enterprise infrastructure and cloud technologies.
• Experience managing servers, networks, virtualization, and enterprise systems.
• Knowledge of cloud infrastructure administration and deployment.
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
• Native Arabic speaker.
• Experience supporting enterprise IT environments is highly desirable.
• Relevant cloud or infrastructure certifications will be considered an advantage.
• Commitment to continuous professional development and technical upskilling.
