WHAT THE ROLE OFFERS
- Design, implement, and optimize enterprise data center infrastructure across compute, storage, networking, power, and cooling environments.
- Lead infrastructure modernization, capacity planning, and lifecycle management initiatives to support future growth.
- Ensure the availability, performance, and reliability of mission-critical systems through proactive monitoring and operational excellence.
- Resolve complex infrastructure and networking challenges while leading incident response and root cause analysis efforts.
- Drive automation, standardization, and Infrastructure-as-Code practices to improve efficiency and consistency.
- Strengthen security and compliance through vulnerability management, risk mitigation, and audit support.
- Provide technical leadership, mentor engineers, and collaborate with cross-functional teams and strategic vendors.
WHAT YOU NEED TO SUCCEED
- Significant experience supporting and engineering enterprise-scale data center or infrastructure environments.
- Strong knowledge of server, storage, virtualization, and networking technologies.
- Experience managing complex infrastructure operations, upgrades, patching, and performance optimization.
- Hands-on experience with automation, scripting, or Infrastructure-as-Code methodologies.
- Strong troubleshooting, analytical, and problem-solving skills, particularly in high-availability environments.
- Working knowledge of infrastructure security, compliance requirements, and operational best practices.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills with the ability to influence technical decisions and lead initiatives.
