Senior Infrastructure Engineer (Little India)

To support the critical Bus ETA system and ensure the reliability, performance, and availability of our data centre infrastructure.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage and maintain physical and virtual servers.
Monitor system performance, availability, and capacity.
Perform server administration, patching, upgrades, and infrastructure maintenance.
Lead incident response, disaster recovery, and system restoration.
Coordinate with vendors and stakeholders during maintenance activities.
Participate in 24/7 standby support when required.

Requirements:

Degree or Diploma in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.
Preferably 8–10 years of relevant experience in server infrastructure or data centre operations.
Experience with Red Hat Linux, Podman containers, and PostgreSQL.
Knowledge of VMware or Hyper-V virtualization.
Familiarity with storage, backup, and data centre operations.
Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
Experience supporting mission-critical or transport-related systems is an advantage.

Duration/Working hours:

1 year contract (Immediate)

Working Schedule:

Mon to Thu: 8.30am to 6.00pm;

Fri: 8.30am to 5.30pm;

24/7 standby or on-call support for critical system related incidents.
