Opportunity
We are looking for a self-starting individual with experience working in large environments using the concept of infrastructure as code. This person must be both eager to help enhance a market-leading business and be passionate about the mobile space. The role requires a self-directed individual who is comfortable with the demands of building, evolving and maintaining a stable high-availability infrastructure.
Responsibilities
- Continued evolution of infrastructure automation systems both in-house and in production
- Ongoing responsibility for the health of the production system
- Work with developers to ensure capacity for future projects and new technologies where appropriate
- Innovate and iterate on existing processes and procedures to make things simpler
- Help grow the company internationally through new deployments and expansions
Requirements
- Linux Server Administration (Preferably Ubuntu based)
- Server and Application Automation Frameworks (Puppet preferred)
- Operation of Large Scale Web-services on Multi-tier SOA Platforms
- MySQL Administration and Tuning
- Amazon Webservices (EC2, RDS, SES, SNS, etc)
- Openstack or Heavy Self-Hosted Virtualization Experience (VMWare, Xen, KVM, XCP)
- Network Architecture and Administration (Routing, Switching 1GbE/10GbE, Firewalls)
- Ruby and Shell Scripting

- NoSQL (Cassandra, Monogo, Hbase, Redis)
- Perl, Python Scripting and Modularization
- Mobile or Ad Network Experience
- Mac OS X End-User Administration
- Large Dataset Management Expertise
