Senior Infrastructure Support

We’re partnering with an established organisation looking for an experienced Senior Infrastructure Administrator to join their Melbourne-based technology team.

This is a broad, hands-on role working across a hybrid cloud and on-premise environment. You’ll take ownership of day-to-day infrastructure while also getting involved in upgrades, migrations, security improvements and broader technology projects.

What you will do:

• Support and administer Azure, Microsoft 365 and Windows Server environments.
• Manage Active Directory, Entra ID and endpoint technologies.
• Support virtualisation, storage, networking, backup and disaster recovery.
• Troubleshoot complex infrastructure issues as a senior escalation point.
• Manage patching, security, vulnerability remediation and system upgrades.
• Deliver infrastructure projects, migrations and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Work with internal teams, vendors and external service providers.

You’ll ideally have:

• Strong hands-on Systems/Infrastructure Administration experience.
• Experience across Azure, Microsoft 365, Windows Server and Active Directory.
• Solid knowledge of networking, virtualisation, storage and backups.
• Exposure to Intune, Entra ID and Microsoft security technologies.
• Experience delivering infrastructure upgrades or projects.
• Strong troubleshooting and communication skills.
• A willingness to remain hands-on across a broad infrastructure environment.
