Senior Injection Moulding Machine Operator

We are looking for an experienced Senior Machine Operator with 6 or 7 plus years of hands-on experience operating large-tonnage injection moulding machines (2500T+).

Key Responsibilities:

* Operate and monitor large-tonnage injection moulding machines safely and efficiently.

* Manage shifts and coordinate the production team to achieve daily production targets.

* Guide, support, and motivate junior operators and team members.

* Monitor machine parameters, production cycles, and product quality.

* Handle machine start-up, shutdown, mould changeovers, and basic troubleshooting.

* Identify production and quality issues and coordinate with maintenance/technical teams.

* Maintain a clean, organized, and safe production environment.

* Ensure proper housekeeping and compliance with HSE and company procedures.

* Maintain production, rejection, and downtime records.

* Work with enthusiasm, a positive attitude, and a strong sense of responsibility.

* Willingness to work rotational shifts is required.

Requirements

* Minimum 7 plus years of experience in injection moulding machine operation.

* Strong experience with 2500T+ machines; experience with 3000T, 3500T, 4000T or higher is preferred.

* Experience with Tederic, Haitian, or similar machines.

* Good knowledge and hands-on experience in the production of plastic pallets, crates, and containers.

* Good knowledge of injection moulding processes, moulds, and troubleshooting.

* Strong team-management and communication skills.

* Ability to lead, motivate, and maintain discipline, safety, and productivity within the team.
