About This Role
Kidde is looking for a Sr. Insights Analyst to join our Data & Analytics team reporting to the Insights Manager. This role sits at the intersection of data and strategy and is critical in supporting data-driven decision-making across the organization by delivering actionable insights, maintaining reporting frameworks, and ensuring the integrity and accessibility that shape decisions across Kidde Residential Fire. This person will champion our mission to be data-driven and will bridge the gap between business stakeholders and technical teams, translating data into meaningful strategies that drive performance. The role is highly visible with broad exposure to senior leaders across the business.
Key Responsibilities

Leverage data tools to provide reporting and insights which will further develop company objectives.
Analyze business performance data and deliver actionable insights to stakeholders across departments.
Develop, maintain, and enhance dashboards, scorecards, and recurring reports to track key performance indicators (KPIs) on new product development and new business developments.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather business requirements and translate them into reporting and analytics solutions.
Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and reliability across reporting platforms and data sources.
Support the creation of executive-level presentations and reporting materials.
Responsible for developing and running weekly and monthly brand reports to help partnership teams understand trends.
Ability to manage ad-hoc analysis requests and prioritize competing projects based on business impact.
Identify trends, risks, and opportunities through data analysis and communicate findings effectively into clear narratives and recommendation
Partner with sales, marketing and product teams to answer market and competitive questions
Ad-hoc requests/projects as needed.

Basic Qualifications

Bachelor’s Degree
4+ years of experience in business analysis, data analytics, or a related role.

Preferred Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in business, Analytics, Computer Science, or a related field.

Strong proficiency in SQL and experience working with large datasets (writing, optimizing and troubleshooting complex queries)
Experience with data visualization tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or similar platforms.
Understanding of data warehousing concepts and ETL/ELT processes.
Proven track record of building collaborative relationships across functional areas.
Self-starter with an ability to drive projects from initiation to completion.
Adept at prioritizing work and key projects based on the needs of the team and the business.
Strong problem-solving skills with keen attention to detail.
Excellent communication skills, with the ability to present complex data in a clear and concise manner.
