Senior Instructor
Job purpose
Provide academic leadership for assigned programs by overseeing course delivery, assessments, and instructional quality. Ensure high standards through instructor guidance, coordination, and continuous improvement.
Key responsibilities
- Lead course delivery, assessments, and examinations.
- Supervise, mentor, and evaluate instructors.
- Ensure quality and alignment of curricula, materials, and learning outcomes.
- Coordinate scheduling, resources, and academic administration.
- Monitor student performance and support academic interventions.
- Promote innovation and continuous improvement in teaching practices.
Qualifications & experience
- Bachelor’s degree in education or relevant discipline (Master’s preferred) with focus on English, math or science majors.
- Minimum 7 years’ teaching experience, preferably in vocational or training environments.
- Strong instructional leadership, digital literacy (LMS), and communication skills.
- Native or near-native English proficiency.
