職務說明
我們正在尋找一位具備執行力、創意與數據思維的 線下整合行銷專員 (Senior Integrated Marketing Specialist)。
你將專責規劃並執行 Coupang 在台灣的各類線下行銷活動（Offline Marketing Activations），包含快閃店（Pop-up store）、品牌品牌實體體驗、大型展會/活動贊助、異業合作以及在地化推廣。你將成為連結「實體線下接觸點」與「線上 APP 轉化」的關鍵橋樑，透過精準的整合行銷策略提升 Coupang 在台灣的品牌知名度與用戶獲客率。
主要職責
- 線下行銷活動企劃與執行： 從零到一規劃並落實各類線下行銷專案（如快閃體驗、戶外活動、節慶線下推廣、異業合作專案），確保活動符合品牌定位與商業目標。
- 跨部門溝通與資源整合： 與線上行銷團隊（Online Growth/Performance Marketing）、品牌團隊（Brand Strategy）、品類管理（Category Management）及營運/物流團隊緊密合作，打造一致性的 360 度整合行銷體驗。
- 廠商與代理商管理： 負責外部代理商（Agency）、硬體廠商、活動公關公司之遴選、比價、合約簽署與專案時程/品質控管。
- 數據成效追蹤與優化： 定義線下活動的 KPI（如人流量、APP 下載量、首購轉化率、品牌聲量等），並於活動後進行成效數據分析與 ROI 評估，持續優化未來的行銷策略。
- 預算控管與專案管理： 精準掌控專案預算與執行時程，確保活動在有限資源內效益最大化並按時交付。
必要條件
- 工作經驗： 擁有 2 至 5 年整合行銷、線下活動企劃（Event Marketing）或公關代理商（Agency）相關經驗。
- 實體活動執行力： 具備豐富的實體活動（Pop-up、展會、異業合作）現場控管與專案管理經驗。
- 數據與商業導向： 不僅關注活動視覺與體驗，更能透過數據（如線上轉化率、CAC、ROI）衡量線下活動成效。
- 溝通與協調能力： 具備優秀的跨部門溝通技巧與多工作業（Multi-tasking）能力，能在高壓、快速變動的環境中靈活應變。
- 語言能力： 中文母語程度，並具備良好的英文聽說讀寫能力（能與跨國團隊交流與撰寫英文報告）。
加分條件
- 具備 電商 (E-commerce)、零售業 (Retail) 或 FMCG 產業行銷經驗者優先。
- 熟悉 O2O（Online-to-Offline / Offline-to-Online）導流策略與技術應用。
- 擁有大型品牌戶外廣告（OOH）或線下通路拓展經驗。
- 具備強大的談判與異業合作資源開發能力。
