Senior Integration Analyst

Salary: $125 to $145 hr (inc-sup) - Weekly pay options

• Maintain subject matter expertise within a range of business domains
• 5 to 6 years' experience working as a Business Analyst delivering enterprise solutions
• Baseline security clearance required

Our client, a Federal Government department that focuses on improving the lives of all Australians with disabilities, requires the services of a Senior Integration Analyst

Key Duties & Responsibilities

• Maintain subject matter expertise across legacy systems & processes;
• Draft business analyst artefacts & documents that may include Epics & User Stories, User Interface requirements risk analysis, scope modelling, & sequence diagrams for review by senior staff;
• Examine & organise requirements to discover & record dependencies, relationships & identify logical process & implementation sequences;
• Identify potential issues or risks, track problems, suggest alternatives & escalate as appropriate;
• Facilitate & run requirements gathering workshops with Business BA & UX/UI team where applicable.

Skills & Experience Required

• Demonstrated experience & using Agile methodologies e.g. Epics & User Stories, Scrum or Kanban boards, User Interface requirements risk analysis, scope modelling, & sequence diagrams;
• Demonstrated experience facilitating workshops with senior & multidisciplinary stakeholders;
• Demonstrated systems delivery experience working in multi-disciplinary teams in Agile & similar methods to co-ordinate & assure systems delivery outcomes;
• Demonstrated experience undertaking quality management activities, ensuring designed solutions meet business requirements;
• Comfortable with new ways of thinking about accessibility & enthusiastic about accessible design & development will be highly regarded.
